We proudly provide 100% premium human hair across all of our bundles, wigs, closures, and frontals. Our hair is sourced with care to ensure longevity, minimal shedding, and a natural, luxurious finish.

 

2. How long does Velvet Vixen hair last?

With proper care, Velvet Vixen hair can last 2 years or longer. Longevity depends on how often you wear it, how it is styled, and how well it is maintained. Blonde and lighter tones may have a slightly shorter lifespan due to the coloring process but can still last over a year with proper care.


3. Can I dye or bleach the hair?

Yes. Our hair is fully color- and bleach-friendly, just like your natural hair. For best results and to maintain the integrity of the strands, we recommend working with a professional stylist when coloring or bleaching.

 

4. Will my hair shed or tangle?

Velvet Vixen hair is crafted to be tangle-free and low-shedding. However, minimal shedding (similar to natural hair) may occur. Proper detangling, conditioning, and using a wide-tooth comb will ensure your hair stays smooth and manageable.

 

5. How many bundles do I need for a full look?

  • For lengths up to 18”: 2–3 bundles
  • For lengths 20–26”: 3–4 bundles
  • For lengths 28” and longer: 4+ bundles (depending on desired fullness)
    If you’re adding a closure or frontal, fewer bundles may be needed.

 

6. What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?

  • Closure: Typically 4x4, 5x5, or 6x6 inches. Best for natural parting with less maintenance.
  • Frontal: 13x4 or 13x6 inches. Covers ear-to-ear, offering maximum styling versatility (ponytails, side parts, etc.).
    Both are made with HD lace for seamless blending.

 

7. How long will shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • U.S. & Canada: 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: 7–14 business days depending on location

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
